Jake Paul has announced he will take on Mike Tyson in an exhibition bout in April, with the YouTuber's net worth dwarfing that of the former heavyweight champion.

YouTuber-turned-boxer, Jake Paul is set to face off against boxing legend Mike Tyson in the ring this April, despite being over 30 years younger than his opponent. Paul has made a name for himself in the YouTuber-boxing scene, and is now set for his biggest bout yet with Tyson.

Tyson, who was once the undisputed world heavyweight champion, became one of the sport's all-time biggest earners thanks to his remarkable career. During his time in the ring, the 57-year-old banked a cool $400 million during his career. This fortune did not last though, after he declared bankruptcy in 2003.
Since then though he has managed to rebuild his wealth, largely thanks to his successful cannabis empire. Paul, on the other hand, has seen his wealth skyrocket in recent years, thanks to his successful YouTube career with the vlogger amassing over 20 million followers on his main channel.
Following his rise to fame on YouTube, alongside his brother Logan, the American then opted to pursue a career in boxing and has not looked back since. One of his most notable fights came against Tommy Fury in 2023, where he claimed to earn $30 million despite losing to the Englishman

According toCelebrity Net Worth,Tyson’s current worth is roughly $10m. His opponent Paul meanwhile has cashed in since his rise to stardom in recent years, with his net worth at a staggering $80m.
Paul's latest bout came earlier this month, where he defeated Ryan Bourland via technical knockout in the first round. Now however, an entirely different kind of challenge appears before him - a clash with former champion Tyson.
Paul confirmed that Netflix will show the bout with Tyson. The YouTuber-turned-boxer took to social media to announce the fight on social media on Thursday, and within his post issued a brutal warning to the former great. He tweeted: "Whether you’re tuning in on Netflix or showing out in person, whether you’re team Paul or team Tyson, or whether you’re a lifelong boxing fan or watching your first fight, you’re not going to want to miss this event.
